Terms of Service

A plain-language summary of the arrangement.

The service

FAST Agents provides a WhatsApp AI sales agent for your business, plus a web-based CRM to review conversations and manage leads. You (the "Customer") sign up as a tenant. FAST Software (Pty) Ltd (the "Provider") operates the platform.

Fees

The standard tier is R5,000 per calendar month, billed by invoice in advance. Enterprise pricing is agreed separately. Your account activates only after the first invoice is paid.

Non-payment

If an invoice is unpaid 7 days past due, we may pause your agent (new inbound messages will not be answered) until payment is received. Persistent non-payment after 30 days may result in account closure.

Acceptable use

You may not use FAST Agents to send spam, run scams, sell prohibited goods, harass anyone, or violate South African law. If we reasonably believe you're breaching these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of your business content (products, policies, story) and your customer conversations. You grant us the licence needed to run the agent (store, process, transmit).

WhatsApp compliance

All messages sent via FAST Agents must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. You agree not to use the platform to violate WhatsApp's terms.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance windows and third-party outages (including Meta and our infrastructure providers) may briefly affect delivery.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@fastagents.co.za. Fees for the current month are non-refundable. Your data is retained per the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
