Who we are

FAST Agents is a product of FAST Software (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. We are the responsible party for the personal information collected via this platform.

What we collect

When your business signs up, we collect: your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp phone number, and business context (story, policies, product catalogue, website content). When end customers message your agent, we collect their WhatsApp phone number, name (from WhatsApp profile), and message content — solely so your agent can answer them and so you can respond in your CRM.

How we use it

Your data is used only to run your agent, show you conversations and alerts in your CRM, and invoice you. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with other tenants on the platform.

Where your data lives

All personal information is hosted on servers located in South Africa. Conversation content is processed by our sub-processors under data processing agreements that prohibit training models on your data. A current list of sub-processors is available on request from privacy@fastagents.co.za.

Your customers' rights (and yours)

Under POPIA, data subjects have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of an end customer's data, email privacy@fastagents.co.za. We respond within 5 business days.

Retention

Conversations are retained for the life of your account plus 90 days after cancellation for support and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
